Responsibilities
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the movement and scheduling of all
technical resources. This role will work directly with the Installation Manager, Technicians,
Project Managers, the Service Manager, and other logistics roles to ensure a highly
developed and well understood resource schedule, both on a daily basis and longer-term
projection.
The Resource Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient operations by publishing a schedule,
swiftly resolving scheduling changes and conflicts, coordinating visits with clients, and
managing deliveries and fleet assignments. As the expert on technician movement, this role
assigns and/or tracks tasks, time bills, timeliness, notes, and overtime to maintain accurate
documentation and invoicing
Qualifications
4 years progressive experience providing administrative support.
Customer Service experience.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's
management team.
Experience with MS Office suite, databases, and manufacture websites.
Previous experience working for a construction related firm preferred.
Job Benefits
$40,000 to $60,000 annual salary. DOE.
