Our Bozeman, Montana based client is a specialty electronics design and integration company focusing on high-end residential and light commercial projects. As part of a group of elite national Custom Integrators they specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of distributed video & audio systems, private theaters, media rooms, lighting, shading and environmental controls as well as data, phone and video services infrastructure.
This position is responsible for the design, sale, specification, measurement, ordering and Installation of our custom window treatment solutions including but not limited to motorized, roller, solar and roman shades as well as drapery and wooden blinds for high-end residential spaces.
Partner closely with local design consultants to ensure clients have a seamless end-to-end experience.
Perform measurement and installation appointments for our custom window treatment solutions.
Provide our clients and industry partners with a world-class experience. throughout each consultation, measurement and installation appointment.
Become skilled at using the Company’s shade and software systems.
Direct installation technicians in their work on large projects.
Communicate and partner regularly with Sales, Design, Production and Service Departments while in the field and on-site.
5 – 10 plus years of client-facing experience in sales, specification, design, measurement and installation of custom window treatment solutions required.
Must be experienced at using SCT (Shade Configuration Tool) for preparing quotes.
Must be extremely detail-oriented in measuring, specifying and accurately ordering custom window treatment products.
Must have the ability to install motorized products, program remotes, operate apps and integrate these products with various control systems.
Experience specifically with the installation of custom window coverings including motorized shades, blinds, shutters, roman shades and drapery treatments.
Must have a professional attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must have the ability to work independently or on a team and have the skills to stay on schedule and maximize billable time throughout the day.
Must be able to read and interpret construction plans.
Must have basic carpentry skills and the ability to operate hand tools such as drills and saws.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb up and down ladders.
Must be able to work safely from a ladder as needed, up to 25 feet high.
$70,000 to $85,000 annual salary. DOE.
