Our Client has been providing the Jackson Hole area all of its audiovisual needs for over 15 years. From dedicated studio quality home theaters, to the complete automated control of a house. Our Client takes pride in offering professional installation and most importantly, servicing the system for years after the original installation. Their training of their clients on how to use their system and support via an after-hours phone call or visit is an important part of what they do.
Responsibilities
This position is integral to the smooth functioning of the Installation and Service departments by overseeing the execution of project installations, ensuring that installation standards are being met, and providing leadership, training, and management of the field personnel. This role will train and develop standards and processes with a focus on efficiency and quality of work to ensure a consistent and high level of implementation.
Qualifications
Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential electronic systems installation/management with specific knowledge of Control4 and Lutron lighting preferred.
Control4 Automation Programmer and Centralized Lighting a plus.
Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.
An understanding of signal flows and control systems for distributed audio, video, and home theater systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, electronic schematics, and user manuals.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
Must be able to work well – in groups and individually.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possess superior written and oral communication skills.
