The General Manager, based in Hilton Head, is responsible for the Sales, Staff and Project Managment, Client Services, Scheduling and Administration of this location. This individual will ensure that all projects are profitable by working successfully with all departments within the Company including Senior Leadership, Sales, Technical Services, Project Management, Production, Client Services and Administration so as to profitably provide an exceptional client experience.
A minimum of five years experience managing project oriented businesses like electronic system integration, construction, or engineering.
Comprehension of construction contracts including fee basis (fixed fee, time & materials, etc.), billing mechanics, and operational requirements.
Comfortable resolving conflicts between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated skill in leading a team in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Business development and/or sales experience preferred.
Advanced computer skills.
$50,000 to $75,000 Annual Salary. Plus commissions and profit sharing.
