Our Client is a smart home automation and design integrator with locations through out the West including Oregon, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona. They use their experience, design capabilities and knowledge of the industry to partner with leading technology innovators to provide their customers with the utmost in performance, reliability, luxury and service in the industry.
The General Manager is the overall team leader of the location and has the responsibility for the overall success of the business in the designated area. Strong leadership skills will provide the GM with the ability to develop a business strategy for the area and fully engage the location team in its execution. A good communicator with the technical ability to engage client prospects in system design discussions that yield successful contracts.
Five years as a General Manager or management experience.
Construction management experienced required with a focus on MEP preferred with customer electronics integration desired.
Direct Profit & Loss experience with $5 million in annual revenue or more.
Past experience leading a team of more than 20 employees.
Experience in high-end, luxury residential construction.
Knowledge of most functional areas within a construction company including sales, accounting, design and engineering, production and service.
Experience managing skilled trades.
Proven experience developing managers
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven.
Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing.
$65,000 to $80,000 annual salary DOE. Plus commission.
