Our Sonoma county based client is a full service electrical contractor with 50 years of experience in the commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and design/build markets. In addition the Company has 3 additional Divisions, Custom electronic integration, Commercial and Residential Service and Renewables.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company's projects from the initial sale through project completion focusing on compliance with company policies and safety procedures, optimizing profitability, promoting customer satisfaction, and maintaining the company’s favorable reputation.
Project Managers have the discretion to delegate tasks to Associate Project Managers however, the Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the profitability of the project, maintaining positive cash flow, minimizing risk for the company and building strong relationships with the clients.
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience as a certified electrician.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of construction management preferred.
Electrical Estimating experience preferred.
Previous estimating software such as SAGE, ACCUBID, McCormick, etc. preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Electrical code.
Design/Build Experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED
$85,000 to $120,000 annual salary. DOE.
