Our Bozeman, Montana based client is a specialty electronics design and integration company focusing on high-end residential and light commercial projects. As part of a group of elite national Custom Integrators they specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of distributed video & audio systems, private theaters, media rooms, lighting, shading and environmental controls as well as data, phone and video services infrastructure.
This position is responsible for making sure Clients receive assistance in a helpful, efficient manner by providing seamless communication between the Client and the Company. In addition this position is responsible for the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding Client inquiries, and resolving Client complaints. They provide system training to clients, discuss technical aspects about a system or equipment when appropriate, and recommend upgrades when necessary.
Provide highly professional concierge-level service to luxury property owners who have exacting expectations.
Respond to clients within required time frames.
Manage field-level service processes and communicate with the Service department to complete the project and/or resolve the issue in a discreet, clean, and flawlessly functional state.
Complete seamless technical service and maintain attractive cosmetic appearance of equipment and systems on each completed service call.
Recommend Company Service Plans and equipment upgrades.
Manage workload in a smart, efficient manner to maximize billable time without sacrificing work quality.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Client Services Director.
Knowledge of residential technology systems integration including audio-video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, and telephone and computer networks, including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.
Knowledge of a variety of control systems, including the ability to install and support the programming department with downloads.
Ability to setup remotes, keypads, and touch screens unsupervised.
Knowledge of cable TV systems-termination, distribution amps, and signal balancing, including the ability to test and troubleshoot unsupervised.
Knowledge of the construction and design/build industry, trade coordination, and project management.
Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with initiative to meet deadlines and self-manage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with a commitment to providing five-star customer service.
Independent thinker and problem solver.
High school diploma.
$25.00 to $33.00 per hour. DOE.
