Our Portland based Client is a well established systems integration company, which for years has leveraged a future-facing approach to system design and execution to exceed their clients’ needs from initial consultation to final closeout and ongoing servicing. The provide a full range of services including security, surveillance, home automation, audio, video, lighting control and support for residential and commercial spaces.
The position is responsible for making sure Clients receive assistance in a helpful, efficient manner by providing seamless communication between the Client and the Company. In addition this position is responsible for the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding Client inquiries, and resolving Client complaints. They provide system training to clients, discuss technical aspects about a system or equipment when appropriate, and recommend upgrades when necessary.
Must have strong Savant, Networking and Troubleshooting experience.
Control4, Lutron (Homeworks, RadioRaw), DSC and 2GIG experience preferred.
Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills required.
Ability to obtain resources and read manuals to solve problematic situations.
$65,000 to $80,000 annual salary. DOE.
