A Sales Engineer (SE) coordinates technical sales activities in association with their assigned sales personnel. This position serves as a liaison between sales and design/engineering and between sales and production upon creation of a structured project. This position will provide seamless communication by attending and participating in all local sales, production and scheduling meetings. Upon creation of a project the SE will be responsible for all CRM data and update information to accurately reflect the sales activity of the Technology Team.
3+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential electronic systems design and installation.
Ability to conceptualize technical component interactions and installation environments to ensure a functional design prior to physical installation.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in D-Tools, Revit, Visio, AutoCAD, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports, and engage in strategic and creative problem solving.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
$55,000 to $75,000 Annual Salary. DOE.
