Our Client works with high-end clientele on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. They've been in business for over 15 successful years and have built great relationships with clients, builders, architects, and designers. They offer and sell a variety of amazing technology experiences for our clients; such as design and engineering services, whole-house integration systems, and a fulltime service staff.
They're looking for an outgoing, highly organized, mechanically inclined individual to join their team. This position will serve as a critical go between sales and design and between sales and production. The ideal candidate will use their technical expertise and consultative business development skills to guide clients, architects, designers, and builders to technology solutions that perfectly match their needs. This position will provide seamless communication by attending and participating in all local sales, production and scheduling meetings.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with audio/video and residential electronic systems projects.
Knowledge of the construction and design/build industry, including contract structures (time and materials, fixed fee, cost plus, etc.), trade coordination, and project management.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in D-Tools, Revit, Visio, AutoCAD, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
Well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated with initiative to meet deadlines and self manage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
College degree preferred.
$45,000 to $55,000 annual salary plus commission.
