Responsibilities
The position is responsible for managing multiple assigned projects from signed contract to client delivery. The Project Manager leverages knowledge of the industry and experience to lead technicians, coordinate with contractors, trades and other project stakeholders to plan, schedule and complete the project scope. The Project Manager manages the relationship with the client and representatives.
Qualifications
Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or electronic systems installation.
Minimum 5 years overall custom integration experience with Lutron experience required, Savant preferred and Control4 or Crestron considered as well.
Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.
Ability to manage people and processes.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports, and engage in strategic and creative problem solving.
Language requirements are reading, writing, spelling in English.
Advanced verbal skills for conversations with other staff, clients, project managers and the technician team as well as written skills for project documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and/or via email, phone, text to varied audiences.
A strong work ethic and an ability to perform well under stressful conditions.
Job Benefits
$75,000 to $90,000 per year. DOE.
