Our Client has quietly emerged as the fastest growing provider of professional electronic systems for high end residential spaces, schools, offices, hospitals, hotels and houses of worship with multiple Midwest locations. As part of a group of elite national Custom Integrators they are the residential and commercial automation and lighting division of a Company which has roots in the community dating back more than 60 years.
This position uses their organizational and coaching skills to manage the installation phase of sophisticated residential and/or light commercial technology systems including, but not limited to, integrated control, distributed video and audio systems, private theaters, media rooms, lighting, shading, environmental controls as well as data, phone and video services infrastructure. They are fully responsible for the project from signed contract to client delivery and coordinate the work of the technical team assigned to the project.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management with previous residential and/or commercial electronic systems installation knowledge preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.
Ability to maintain proactive and regular communications, in writing as necessary, with clients, general contractors and other project representatives in order to keep others informed about job progress and schedule.
Ability to manage people and processes. Ability to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports, and engage in strategic and creative problem solving.
A strong work ethic and an ability to perform well under stressful conditions.
$45,000 to $60,000 annual salary with bonus potential. DOE.
