This position works closely with our Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans for equipment staging, scheduling technicians as well as various other coordination and administrative tasks related to the successful completion of complex, high-end residential custom electronic projects.
3 years of construction related experience preferred.
Previous experience as a project coordinator preferred.
Experience in customer service a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, back office and accounting software.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
$55,000 to $70,000 annual salary. DOE.
