Responsibilities
Our Client is looking for a Lead Technician with 5 years' experience in commercial and residential electronic systems installation or service. The Lead Technician is responsible for leading and working with other Field Technicians, organizing and supervising the installation of integrated technology systems. In addition this position combines their technical expertise with exceptional craftsmanship to deliver reliable, easy to use systems on time and on budget for the company's clients.
Qualifications
Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential electronic systems installation or service.
Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.
An understanding of signal flows and control systems for distributed audio, video, and home theater systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Formal education in the electrical or AV fields is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in wired and wireless networks.
Ability to shift attention among various tasks and complete each with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Strong written, verbal, and online communication skills.
