This position is integral to the smooth functioning of the Implementation department by participating in the execution of project installations according to our Client's installation standards. This role is responsible for directing onsite installations and managing other technicians on a project. This role must be able to make decisions and solve problems as they arise. This role interfaces directly and regularly with the Project Management, Rough-in, Programming, IT, and Inventory departments
The right Candidate must be willing and able to travel out of the area up to 25% of the time as part of their position responsibilities.
Minimum 5 years overall custom integration experience with Lutron experience required, Savant preferred and Control4 or Crestron considered as well.

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
Must be able to work well – in groups and individually.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and address personnel issues with appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual
Possess superior written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.
Must have good computer skills, i.e. MS Office suite, databases, and manufacture websites.
$25.00 to $33.00 per hour. DOE.
