Our Seattle area based Client provides custom automation for homes and businesses throughout Mercer Island, Bellevue, Seattle and Puget Sound area. They provide simple and easy-to-use technology for audio video systems, lighting control, motorized shades, climate control, networking, smart home security, and more.
This position is the forward face of the Company's entire Client base. The CSC will provide exceptional service to Clients through timely processing of service requests both proactively and reactively through effective and proactive communication with customers and internal staff. Exhibit full ownership for problem resolution and follow up. Provide general administrative sales support. Execute special projects as assigned by the Company CEO.
Must be proficiency with ticketing software in order to effectively track and manage order information and status
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to situations whether that is dealing with a potential unhappy customer or being able to easily improve and change business processes within the customer service department
Excellent prioritization skills
Must be respectful, considerate, and team oriented while building strong professional relationships amongst other team members in the company
$40,000 to $50,000 Annual Salary. DOE.
