This position is the forward face of the Company's entire Client base. The CSC will provide exceptional service to Clients through timely processing of service requests both proactively and reactively through effective and proactive communication with customers and internal staff. Exhibit full ownership for problem resolution and follow up. Provide general administrative sales support. Execute special projects as assigned by the Company's senior leadership.
Must be proficiency with ticketing software in order to effectively track and manage order information and status
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to situations whether that is dealing with a potential unhappy customer or being able to easily improve and change business processes within the customer service department
Excellent prioritization skills
Must be respectful, considerate, and team oriented while building strong professional relationships amongst other team members in the company
$50,000 to $60,000 Annual Salary. DOE.
