They offer and sell a variety of amazing technology experiences for our clients; such as design and engineering services, whole-house integration systems, and a fulltime service staff.
The ideal Candidate will have expertise and knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash applications, reconciliation of accounts, financial reporting for external and internal customer, payroll, budgeting, policy compliance, and financial analysis. Other important experience and responsibilities will include procurement, bank deposits, rebates, working with the Company CPA firm and HR administrator as well as Pay Apps, QuickBooks Enterprise, and TSheets.
A minimum of 3 years experience as an Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper for a Construction related Company.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Previous experience preparing monthly financial statements, submitting Pay Apps and working in QuickBooks.
Highly experienced with accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash applications, reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Exhibit a proactive, service-oriented manner and ability to deal effectively with a diverse and demanding client (external and internal) base.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
$60,000 to $70,000 annual salary. DOE.
